For the first time in the season when there are more than nine G.T. Explorers dressed, they scored only 9 points. And the H.F.C. routed the Explorers without their start Tabo Chak, the leading scorer of the league. H.F.C. forward scored a game high 16 points. All but one players from the H.F.C. scored, while the Explorers had only four players with points. Explorer Frankie Chan is the only player had gone to the line for his team in the evening but he made only one, which is his only point. Angus Chan lead all Explorers by 4 points. The forward added five rebounds and one assist but committed four turnovers. Explorers star Michael Killeen, who was injured, attended the game in street clothes.
