SAMURAI didn’t need a fight to beat M.I.B. for another Final appearance in the Original Four series. M.I.B. failed to suit enough players on Sunday and the forfeited game put SAMURAI to the final again while M.I.B. will face G.T. Explorers in the 3rd-place game on November 21.

G.T. Explorers 20, SOUTHORN Tigers 45

SOUTHORN Tigers beat G.T. Explorers 45-20 and remain unbeaten in the O4 series this year. The winning streak was extended to five games dated back to the final two games in Southorn Basketball Flag during the summer. Lok ming Sin scored 11 points, Benny Wong added nine and Ching Yi Mak had her best scoring record with seven points. New Explorer Shawn Chan, who made all explorer’s first half points and more than half of total, was one rebound shy for a double with 11 points and nine boards.
